Terms & Conditions

Football Fever Academy Ltd (referred to as ‘FFA’ hereafter) is a coaching company offering FA qualified coaching to children aged 5-18 unless otherwise stated.

Bookings & Payment

• Places are booked and paid (payment is acceptance of these terms) for via our website
• You must be 18 or over to book an FFA session
• Your child’s place on the term is confirmed by advanced payment of the advertised rates
• Payment is via our website only
• There are no refunds available if you decide to leave the club or your child is requested to
leave if they are not meeting the expected behaviour standards
• Places do not carry over from previous term, places are allocated on 1st come 1st serve basis
• There are no trial sessions

Missed sessions

If your child is unable to attend a booked session, no refund will be issued.

Pick up

Pickup will be at the designated place each school specifies. Children will not be allowed to leave without their parent or guardian unless there is a specific alternative arrangement in place. Parents/Guardians are requested to pick up at the designated time, FFA reserves the right to charge waiting time if this is an ongoing issue.

Weather

During times of the year when it gets dark earlier we may need to shorten the club length, we will inform parents of any changes. The advertised rates will not change unless notified.

In the event of a cancelled session due to bad weather conditions, FFA will aim to organise an extra session to compensate the missed session.

Personal Property

No valuables should be taken to any session by your children. Whilst attending FFA sessions, FFA will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.

Equipment

All children should wear shin pads and footwear suitable for the playing surface. All children should bring a drink.

All children should wear sun cream where required by weather conditions. Sun cream will not be provided nor administered by FFA coaches.

All children should wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.

Medical Information

All medical conditions that any child has must be fully disclosed prior to the commencement of the booked session. This should include any physical/mental/neurodiverse conditions that we may need to know about to provide the appropriate support.

Player Conduct & Behaviour

FFA expects all participants to approach all sessions with a positive attitude and demonstrate high
behavioural standards. As a minimum FFA expects the following:

  • To listen to coaches at all times
  • To listen to fellow players at all times
  • To be respectful to coaches and players
  • To be kind and considerate to all coaches and players

FFA operates a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and we follow the FA Safeguarding guidelines and policies. FFA reserves the right to remove a child from the session(s)/term if they are deemed to be disruptive/causing distress to others/not complying with the expected behavioural standards. In the event of removal from a session or more, due to a breach of the conduct stated, no refund will be payable.

GDPR Law

FFA is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service FFA provides, then please raise with the FFA coaches at the session who will immediately address your query. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please raise in writing within 7 days of your child’s attendance to the session. FFA take complaints very seriously and will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Refunds will only be issued if FFA is proven to be in breach of its Terms & Conditions.
